We have been busy learning about senses in science. We used our sence of hearing to listen to Louis Armstrong singing 'What a Wonderful World'. It's all about the wonderfull things that Louis seen in the world using his sense of sight. We then made pictures to go with the lyrics of the song. We hope you enjoy our video

Mini Beasts
Yesterday we went on a mini beast hunt. We brought magnifying glasses, a plastic tank, bug catchers and plastic bottles to the yard. We caught woodlouse, spiders, grasshoppers, a millipede, and an earwig.

The Planets by Anthony and John

There are 8 planets in the solar system. Jupiter is the biggest planet in the solar system. Did you know that Saturn is almost as big as Jupiter? But saturn has 7 rings going around that planet. So does Jupiter,Neptune,Uranus are also surrounded by rings.
The planet pluto is now called a dwarf planet. Did you know that pluto was the only planet that has not been discovered by space craft?
Venus is the hottest planet in the solar system even though Mercury is closer to the sun. This is because Mercury got burnt out and cooled down like a piece of black toast. Did you know that the sun is a big huge star?
Mars is just all red rocks and sand. Earth is the only planet to support life. The colours of the planets are black, brown, blue, red, pink, grey, dark white, and there are 2 blue.
