Third Class have been having lots of fun, learning lots of new things in their first few weeks back. Andy brought the boys on a 'Capital Letter Hunt' around the school and they found LOADS of examples all around the school.
We also learned about mini-beasts and went looking for mini-beasts in the school yard. The boys were so brave, catching lots of spiders, woodlouse, a millipede, and even a grasshopper! We brought them back to the class for closer inspection, under a maginfying camera! Our boys are experts on invertebrates, ask them anything about them next time.

Rang a Trí, this is fantastic stuff, I loved the 'Capital Letter' hunt, super stuff and the 'Minbeasts' project is really great too, can't believe so many insects live on the yard, we'll have to charge rent! Well done and keep it up, brilliant! Mr. O' L.
