Wassily Kandinsky (1866-1944)

Wassily Kandinsky was a Russian artist. He was inspired by the work of Claude Monet. His style of art is called ABSTRACT art. Most of Kandinsky's work is inspired by geometric shapes such as circles, semi-circles, lines and angles. We took the Kandinsky painting 'Concentric Circles' and created our own pictures using crayons and paint. Have a look at all our paintings together and see how they look like a Kandinsky inspired abstract wall painting. Well done boys!!

  1. Spot the difference - I think the artistic talent in third class is very capable of producing a masterpiece. I'm looking forward to the millions! Mr. O'L.
